A putting drill for the Recruiting stage, on the practice green, in about 20 minutes.
Builds putting composure under real stakes by requiring the full ladder to be completed clean or restarted from the beginning.

Steps
- 01Set markers at 3, 6, 9, and 12 feet from the hole.
- 02Make the putt from 3 feet to advance to 6 feet.
- 03Continue up the ladder only on a make.
- 04Any miss sends the ladder back to the 3-foot start.
- 05Log how many full attempts it takes to clear all four distances.
