Steps
- 01Pick a 3-step routine: look at the target, take one practice swing, say a go word.
- 02Use the routine before every shot in the session, not only putts.
- 03Say the specific target out loud before each shot.
- 04Note any shot where the routine was skipped.
- 05Aim for zero skipped shots by the end of the session.
