Builds a routine that holds up under real tournament pace by practicing it against a timer instead of at a relaxed range pace.

Steps
- 01Set a timer or stopwatch with a target time per shot, such as 20 seconds from arriving at the ball to swinging.
- 02Run the full pre-shot routine before every shot.
- 03Stay inside the target time on each one.
- 04Note any shot that ran over the target time.
- 05Repeat for all 15 balls, tracking how many stayed inside the target time.
