Steps
- 01Take a normal, relaxed swing with a short iron.
- 02After contact, hold the finish position without moving the feet.
- 03Count out loud to 3 while holding it.
- 04See who, the golfer or a practice partner, can hold the finish longest without wobbling.
- 05Repeat for 8 balls, rotating turns.
Target
Try to hold the finish for a full 3-count on more swings than last time.
Supervise young golfers during any full-swing drill and stop if a drill causes pain.
