Steps

  1. 01Mark a short course, a few steps out and back, in a backyard or park.
  2. 02Race out using a bear crawl, then race back walking normally.
  3. 03Race out using a crab walk, then race back.
  4. 04Race out hopping on two feet, then race back.
  5. 05Time each round against a parent or sibling, or against a personal best if playing solo.

Target

Try to beat your own best time from the last round.

Supervise young golfers during any movement drill and stop if it causes pain or dizziness.
